The views out to the Street of Gibraltar with the Jebel Musa on the background make the location of this villa a special place. The villa is set within the residential area of "El Cuartón", located within the municipality of Tarifa. The famous white beaches and the town centre (7 km) are less then 10 minutes drive from here. There is a good restaurant at 2 minutes walk (Mesón de Sancho) for those who don't want to drink and drive. The house is south-facing, set on a 2250m2 plot and surrounded by a lawned garden with private pool (sized 8 x 4m / deep 1m - 1.5m). From the living room, doors open onto the terrace with the impressive views we just spoke about. It's the ideal spot for outside dining. Sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue are provided. On clear nights you can dream away by views on the lights of the port of Tangiers and Ceuta, a Spanish enclave on the northern tip of Africa.

This 220m2 villa was constructed in 2002 with love and care and tastefully furnished with all kinds of comforts such as good heating and WIFI internet connection. The spacious dining area is separated by two steps from the living room, creating a specific ambience for both. The living area has a beamed ceiling, an open fire place and all kinds of modern appliances such as satellite TV, DVD, music equipment adn central heating (with supplement). The kitchen is independent, very spacious and equipped with a 5 rings vitro hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are placed in a utility room (iron board are provided). The kitchen has a small breakfast corner for 4-5 persons and also an adjacent outside terrace with a table for 4. The bedrooms are located on split level. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms are twins although the beds can be put together upon request. There is a second bathroom for shared use and a lavatory.
