Ground Floor: The living room with dining area has satellite, TV, DVD, CD etc. The Kitchen is full equipped : gas cooker, electric oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine, dryer-machine, gas-boiler,... You can find 2 double bedrooms: 1 Double bedroom with twin-beds of 90cm each and a safe-box. 1 Double bedroom with twin-beds of 90cm each bed. 1 complete bathroom with shower. First Floor: Here you have also 2 double bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with double-bed of 160cm + 1 complete bathroom with bathtub in suite. 1 double bedroom with twin-beds (90cm each) + 1 Shower-room en suite. In the exterior area there is the private swimming-pool of 9m x 4m and with a depth of 0.80m x 1.80m with roman stairs. Around the pool area you have sun beds and an exterior shower. The covered terrace (30mª) has a dinning area which invite you to eat outside and to enjoy the warm summer

In Arta you find good shopping opportunities as well as a recently newly redesigned welcoming city. Sa Real Villa is located at 8 km from Son Servera village and 10 km from the sandy beaches of Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Sa Coma and Costa de los Pinos. Excellent golf courses can be found near Son Servera, Canyamel and Capdepera.
