Kurzbeschreibung: Beautiful townhouse in Otivar, a charming white village in the Tropical Valley only 11km from the beach. Stunning mountain views! Not to be missed!
Ferienobjektbeschreibung: The house sleeps 4 people in a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both rooms have great views to the mountains. Downstairs there is a large equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room with TV. A bathroom with shower and a small terrace. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. On the third floor there is a roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains and the surrounding coutryside. NOT TO BE MISSED!!
Weitere Informationen: The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Towels (not beach towels) and bed linene are provided. A security deposit of 100€ is payable upon arrival but this is returned at the end of stay. A 25 % non-refundable deposit is taken upon making reservation with the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks before arrival.
