It is of modern design, surrounded by a 1500 m2 private garden, and it has a porch of 45 m2 with the best views on the sea (Cala Sant Francesc) and on the mountain (castle de Sant Joan). The place is paradisiac, the views from the house are incredibly pretty and like the villa is located being between two botanical gardens, Mar y Murtra and Pinya Rosa, it is enjoyed a microclimate, so that it is not warm nor in summer. At about 100 meters there is a large private communitarian area with swimming pool of 25 m. x 12 m., two tennis courts and cafeteria. |
