Boot Düsseldorf 2026: more than 1000 boats and yachts at the world’s largest indoor boat show
In less than a week the world’s largest yacht and water sports exhibition show will open its doors in the German city of Düsseldorf. Boot Düsseldorf 2026, taking place from 17 to 25 January 2026 at Messe Düsseldorf, will see over 1,500 exhibitors from 68 countries showcasing their latest innovations across 220,000 square meters. Visitors can explore everything from superyachts, catamarans, and motorboats to engaging lectures, workshops, and thrilling surfing competitions. More than 1,000 boats and yachts from famous brands like Ferretti Yachts, Riva, Pershing, Beneteau, Azimut, Wally, Princess, Sunseeker, Sanlorenzo, Itama, Chris-Craft, Frauscher, Boesch, Comitti, Cranchi, Fjord, Windy, Axopar, Navan, Arcadia and many others will be featured at the show.
During the show charming Düsseldorf itself offers a variety of culinary and sightseeing experiences. The main market in Marktplatz offers handcrafted gifts, mulled wine (Glühwein), and traditional German snacks like bratwurst and roasted almonds. Don’t miss the ice rink at Corneliusplatz for some skating fun! Stroll along the Königsallee, shopping at numerous boutiques, then head to the Altschtadt to visit a traditional brewery like Uerige or Füchschen to sample Altbier (local dark beer) alongside dishes like Sauerbraten, potato soup, or warm apple strudel. Visit Museum Kunstpalast to explore Düsseldorf’s cultural gems and incredible art exhibitions, from classical to contemporary works.
